Poison Properties
Assassin's Blood: DC 10 Constitution save when ingested, or 1d12 Poison damage and gain Poisoned condition for 24 hours (half damage only on save).
Basic Poison: Apply with Bonus Action to 1 weapon (or 3 ammo) dealing piercing or slashing. Next hit with weapon deals +1d4 Poison damage. Lasts 1 minute or until damage dealt.
Burnt Othur Fumes: DC 13 Constitution save when inhaled, or 3d6 Poison damage and must repeat save each turn, taking 1d6 Poison damage each fail. Ends after 3 successes.
Carrion Crawler Mucus: DC 13 Constitution save on contact, or gain Poisoned and Paralyzed condition for 1 minute. Repeat the save at the end of each turn to end.
Essence of Ether: DC 15 Constitution save when inhaled, or gain Poisoned and Unconscious conditions for 8 hours. Wakes up if damaged or shaken with action.
Lolth's Sting: DC 13 Constitution save when injured, or gain Poisoned condition for 1 hour. If DC failed by 5+, then also Unconscious. Wakes up if damaged or shaken with action.
Malice: DC 15 Constitution save when inhaled, or gain Poisoned and Blinded conditions for 1 hour.
Midnight Tears: DC 17 Constitution save at midnight when ingested, or 9d6 Poison damage (half on save). Effects that end the Poisoned condition will neutralize this poison.
Oil of Taggit: DC 13 Constitution save on contact, or gain Poisoned and Unconscious conditions for 24 hours. Wakes up if damaged or shaken with action.
Pale Tincture: DC 16 Constitution save when ingested, or 1d6 Poison damage and gain Poisoned condition. Repeat the save against damage every 24 hours. The poison damage can't be healed while Poisoned. Ends after 7 successful saves.
Purple Worm Poison: DC 21 Constitution save when injured, or 10d6 Poison damage (half on save).
Serpent Venom: DC 11 Constitution save when injured, or 3d6 Poison damage (half on save).
Torpor: DC 15 Constitution save when ingested, or gain Poisoned condition and Speed is halved for 4d6 hours.
Truth Serum: DC 11 Constitution save when ingested, or gain Poisoned condition and unable to lie for 1 hour.
Wyvern Poison: DC 14 Constitution save when injured, or 7d6 Poison damage (half on save).
