Change Appearance. The changeling can use its action to polymorph into a Medium humanoid it has seen, or back into its true form. Its statistics, other than its size, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the changeling fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Parry (Reaction): The changeling adds 4 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the changeling must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.

Unsettling Visage (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). Each creature within 30 feet of the changeling must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Multiattack. The changeling makes two attacks with its dagger.

Shadow Tunnel (2 actions) The changeling melds into shadow and surges forward in a 30ft line. All creatures in its path must make a DC 16 DEX save or take 3d6 force damage, or half as much on a save.
