One humanoid Siren can see must succeed on a DC15 WIS save throw or be charmed for an hour. Target must move towards Siren as close as possible on turn. Target cant take actions or reactions except dash. If target takes damage, target can repeat saving throw, ending the effect on a success. Siren can only have one target charmed at a time.
Tresses. Melee Weapon Attack.+6 to hit, R:10 ft, one target, Hit: 8 (2d6) bludgeoning
target is grappled (escape DC16) and pulled 5 ft towards Siren. Until grapple ends, target is restrained. The Siren tries to drown it, and cant use Tresses on another target at the same time.
TickleOne creature grappled by Siren must succeed a DC14 CON save or be incapacitated with laughter for 1 min. Target can repeat saving throw on each turn, ending the effect on a success.
