Multiattack. The Wendigo Butcher makes two attacks: one with his cleaver and one with his hook; or two with his cleaver; or one with his cleaver and one bite.
Cleaver. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (1d12+5) slashing damage and 4 (1d6) ice damage.
Hook. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d8+5) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be dragged within 5 feet of the Wendigo Butcher.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d6+5) piercing damage. Victim makes a DC12 Con save or be infected with Wendigo Fever if the dice roll was 5 or a 6.
Repelling Charge. The Wendigo Butcher charges in a 15-foot line. Each creature in that line must succeed on a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or take 9 (1d8+4) bludgeoning damage and 3 (1d4) ice damage and be thrown 20 feet away from the Butcher.
