Actions
Multiattack. The miner makes two attacks with his pickaxe or kicks with his infernal legs.
Pickaxe. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d12+3) slashing damage plus 3 (1d6) fire damage.
Infernal Kick. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6+3) bludgeoning damage plus 3 (1d6) fire damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Fiery Stampede (Recharge 5–6). The dwarf charges in a straight line up to 40 feet, trampling everything in his path. Creatures within 10 feet of his path must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 21 (6d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.

Chaotic Surge (Recharge 5–6). The miner’s cursed legs surge with infernal power. As a bonus action, he can move up to his speed without provoking opportunity attacks. His legs leave a trail of burning embers, and any creature that starts its turn in his path takes 2d6 fire damage.
Legs of Infernal Flame. The dwarf's legs deal an extra 1d6 fire damage on melee attacks and have advantage against effects that would restrain or paralyze him.
