History: Varis was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: Standing 5'1", this woman wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Elizabeth was born with her mother's beautiful face. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Being a Sellsword kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and seeks redemption

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She wears her auburn hair up. Her eyes are likewise green.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.

She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is her passion
