History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by his family.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
