He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by his family; and he would like to get married and retire

History: Born in the north to a Weaver, Bune learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Weaver. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Ruler but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
