Description: He has a large yellow mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and balancing his hectic life and new soapmaker responsibilities is difficult

His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: This man tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is white and very short. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He bought a greataxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His red hair is braided into rings. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He became a Layabout soon after.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to be a barber again
