Description: This eastern man wears suspenders and blue workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy blue leather apron most of the time. His clothes are grease stained in places. His brown hair is cut short. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Jocelyn abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Balimaar was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
