History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: The child of a Layabout, who enjoyed hunting, Lance was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
