Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are likewise brown.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Heward was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Heward's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a halberd, but if one is not available he will default to his warhammer, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born in the south. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his club, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. He has moderate length golden hair. History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Norman was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are blue and catlike.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Tim was born with his father's beautiful face. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He wears his brown hair down. His eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Solomon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His first spouse was a Fisher, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
