Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 28. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born in a small island village. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
