He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Gilbert wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He plays an instrument quite well.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Description: This man wears a tight fitting grey shirt and pants, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Aldous alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Aldous was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many orcs want him driven away

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and doesn't want to be a marshal and was forced into it by his family

Description: He is a mite stocky and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Barrister kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor
