History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He tends to his Tailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
