History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dyer. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
