History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Through the years after Randal was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Randal's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
