Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Bernard will drive conversation. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
