History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He got into the Scribe business at a young age. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Lewis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
