He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mortician for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Detective again; and expand his business

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He worked as a nervous Miner and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Miner like his father before him.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He's also a talented Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
