History: The child of a Weaver, who enjoyed hunting, Heward was taken on many hunting expeditions. A freak accident while working with his Weaver father left him crippled. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
