Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Miner kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Richard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

Servant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
