History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Everard hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Everard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Odo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bricklayer for hire.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is long and brown with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small green clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His ears are large.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Crown-heir born in the past three hundred years. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Lance was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. John fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
