History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Dustin was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Detective. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Dustin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
