Description: He very much looks the part of a Baker, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'11" when asserting himself. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Baker. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Baker responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Locksmith. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and regain custody of his son

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a black costume with the symbols of death on his torso. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Being a Carpenter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
