Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Roland alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sickle, but if one is not available he will default to his trident. He has shaved his head bald. He has brown eyes and a pastel hat with a red feather.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Theobald was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dilettante and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and wants a kiss

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and he is content

History: He comes from a rich western family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he is greedy
