History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Shane was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Shane's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Shane and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. A true patriot, Robert would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Doctor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Justin was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Cartwright. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Bernard was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
