History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Painter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shoemaker, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.
