Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull red iron scale mail. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is renowned for his bright green suits and hats. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anselm grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anselm. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Heward liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Heward and his spouse have recently divorced.
