History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Roger hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new slave trader responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy silver stubble. He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is violet, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. He has a hunchback. He sports a flattop hair cut. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hugh does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When Hugh reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. Hunter is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in a small island village. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
