History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Blacksmith father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars. His hair is short and golden. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: Hugh is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in the east to a Healer, Hugh learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Hugh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Revenge.

He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he is greedy

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bowyer business.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.
