History: Everard hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Nicholas was born with his mother's beautiful face. His childhood dream was to be a Laborer, but he was a colossal failure. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Seamstress. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is obsessed with his god.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Diggory has worked very hard to control his curse. He tends to his Seamstress job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. After months of barely getting by, Robert managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
