History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dean grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: A 6'5" eastern man, he prefers to wear flannel. His brown hair is heavily combed to the right. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Kyle liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Miller. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Jocelyn enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miller responsibilities is difficult; and money/treasure

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Guy isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Guy was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Layabout, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
