Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: Roland was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Armorer and found it very stressful. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a Fletcher soon after.
