Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Jocelyn never married again.
