History: Gifted from a young age, Justin studied abroad. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable
